Mark is an assistant on WhatsApp that creates short, branded videos for businesses. Mark is operated by Teloset (“we”, “us”). This policy applies only to Mark; Teloset’s other products have their own policies. Questions: hello@teloset.com.

• Your WhatsApp profile name and phone number.
• The messages you send Mark: text, button replies and images (for example, your logo).
• Details about your business that you give us: its name, website, the phone number to show in videos, and brand colours and fonts.
• What we make for you: ideas, scripts, narration audio and videos.
• If you reached Mark from an ad, the ad details WhatsApp passes to us (such as the ad's identifier and headline).
• Technical records: timestamps, delivery status of messages, and server logs.

• To talk with you on WhatsApp and create, revise and deliver your scripts and videos.
• To keep your brand (logo, colours, phone number) for future videos.
• To review conversations and videos so we can fix mistakes and improve Mark's quality.
• To support you and to comply with the law.

We do not sell your information and do not use it for advertising.

We use these service providers, only to run Mark:

• Meta (WhatsApp Business Platform): carries the messages between you and Mark.
• Anthropic (Claude): reads the conversation and your business details to write Mark's replies and your scripts.
• Cartesia: turns the script text into narration audio.
• Google Cloud: hosts Mark's servers, database and files, in its Tel Aviv (Israel) region.

Anthropic and Cartesia may process data outside Israel, including in the United States.

We keep your information while you use Mark. When you ask us to delete it, we delete it within 30 days, and it leaves our backups within a further 7 days. Videos you have already downloaded or published are yours and are not affected.

You may ask to see the information we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it, as provided by Israel’s Protection of Privacy Law. Write to hello@teloset.com from your business, or follow how to delete your data.

Information is encrypted in transit, stored in Google Cloud, and available only to the systems that run Mark and to Teloset staff who need it. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your information.

Mark is a service for businesses and is not intended for anyone under 18.

If we change this policy, we will update this page and its date. For significant changes, we will tell you on WhatsApp.
