Email hello@teloset.comwith the subject “Delete my Mark data” and the WhatsApp phone number you used with Mark. We may ask you to confirm the request from that number, so that no one else can delete your data.

• Your conversations with Mark and the images you sent.
• Your business details and brand (logo, colours, phone number).
• The ideas, scripts, narration and videos we made for you.
• Your account and sign-in records.

We may keep a record that the deletion happened, and anything the law requires us to keep, such as invoices.

Within 30 days of your request, and from our backups within a further 7 days. We will email you when it is done. See the Mark privacy policy for more.
