2. Services

Teloset provides Teloset Studio, a self-serve SaaS web application for creating and editing short videos. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time.

3. Use of Services

You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any account credentials.

You may not use Teloset Studio to create, upload, or distribute illegal, infringing, abusive, adult, deceptive, impersonating, or otherwise prohibited content. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights and permissions needed for any content you provide or generate using the service.

4. Purchases and Usage

Teloset Studio may sell software usage packages for generating and exporting videos inside the product. Usage is tied to your account and may not be transferred, resold, withdrawn, or exchanged for cash.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, code, designs, and materials provided through our services are owned by Teloset or its licensors unless otherwise stated.

6. Limitation of Liability

Teloset shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.

7. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
