Data Isolation

Your data is always isolated. Other users can never see your documents or datasets, regardless of your privacy settings. Each account operates in complete isolation.

We use industry-standard encryption for data at rest and in transit. Your uploaded documents and generated datasets are stored securely and are only accessible through your authenticated account.

Privacy Controls

You have full control over how your data is used to improve Teloset. In your account settings, you can configure:

• Aggregated Feedback Signals: Allow us to use aggregated usage signals (likes, ratings, generation metadata) to improve dataset creation quality.
• Dataset & Document Improvement: Allow us to use generated datasets and uploaded documents to improve dataset quality.

Both options are disabled by default. You can change these settings at any time.

How We Improve Teloset

We improve Teloset by learning which generation strategies work best — not by copying user content. When you opt in to data sharing, we analyze patterns and signals to enhance our models, never exposing individual user data.

Your data is never shared with third parties. Our improvement process is designed to be privacy-preserving while still allowing us to build better tools for everyone.

API Key Security

API keys are hashed using industry-standard algorithms before storage. The full key is only shown once at creation time — we cannot retrieve it later.

You can revoke or delete API keys at any time. We recommend rotating keys regularly and using separate keys for different environments (development, staging, production).
